Demsey can also make conversions to more economical eyelet parts from other production methods such as screw machining, tubing, and spinning. In certain instances, multiple piece assemblies can even be made into a single eyelet component.

Demsey can supply its customers with a production ready part with metal finishing services including cleaning, heat treating, plating, etching, and painting with its partnerships in these industries.

Demsey can perform specialized packaging requirements to fit each customers unique needs including barcoding, bagging, special boxes and/or drums.

Demsey can provide a number of different blanket order ship to stock programs, kanban programs, consignment etc….

Demsey is capable of producing all the required paperwork necessary to your industry, including certified test reports, tool progress tracking forms, PPAP paperwork such as FMEA, Process Flow, and Capability Studies along with Statistical Process Control (SPC).

All of these reports are available in easy to read computerized formats.

Demsey has a fully equipped quality inspection area featuring a Starret CNC Controlled Comparator with fiberoptic sensing tool and programming capability.

Demsey can receive prints in all types of computerized formats including AutoCad, pdf, jpeg etc..
